Ordering
No Scam Policy!
Recently it has been quite common for users to be locked into painful content subscription services costing the user a fixed sum every week. These subscription services often mislead you into thinking you are just paying a fixed fee for the item you are ordering (always read the small print!), but the service is quite the opposite – charging you a certain fee every week for content you don't even want. With Mobile Content for your mobile you can always be certain that you will never be locked into an unwanted subscription service as you only pay once for the item you order. That's a guarantee!
How do I order an item?
Ordering an item is very simple. Just click on the item (e.g a ringtone, wallpaper or game) and roll down to the ordering instructions. Grab your cell phone and send an SMS message containing the text from the Download Instructions box and send it to the shortcode (special 5 digit phone number). Make sure you don't forget the spaces in the message! Wait a few minutes and you'll receive your content.
WAP Setup & Downloading Content
How do I setup WAP on my phone
To download items from Mobile Content for your mobile you need to enable WAP on your phone. Don't panic, most users have WAP enabled already. (If you can access the internet from your phone then you certainly have WAP enabled.) If you are unsure if you have WAP enabled or are unsure how to enable it then please contact your mobile operator.
What do I do with the download link I received?
Your item will be delivered to you via a special WAPPUSH message, which has a link in it. To download your item, open the message we sent you. Click on the download link and your item will start downloading to your phone. When downloading is finished, don't forget to save your item!
